CSS Account Executive

About the Job
In this role, you will contribute towards accelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations through the execution of Oracle Services strategy throughout the territory. You will be responsible for delivering services, bookings, and renewals while ensuring proper pipeline coverage and maximizing returns from demand generation campaigns. Your efforts will focus on identifying and understanding optimal components for pipeline growth, establishing strong customer relationships, and positioning Oracle’s full services portfolio around customers' digital transformations.

Responsibilities

• Close business and deliver on quotas against targets
• Identify new business opportunities and upselling potential with existing customers
• Update sales forecasts, record activities, and build opportunity close plans
• Develop long-term sustainable relationships with customers and partners
• Prepare and attend business review and value assessment meetings with Oracle Services customers
• Act as a point of escalation for issues between Oracle and existing customers
• Drive account and territory planning and collaborate with Specialist Account Executives
• Participate in large deal execution, leveraging product expertise from other sales support functions
• Collaborate with supporting functions to drive customer success

Candidate Profile / Skills

• Proven track record of successful sales achievements
• Ability to analyze customer requirements and position Oracle Services solutions
• Strong communication skills across multiple organizational levels, including C-Level
• Energetic and positive attitude with integrity and gravitas
