As a CSS Account Executive at Oracle, you will contribute towards accelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations. Your responsibilities include the execution of Oracle Services strategy throughout the territory, delivering services bookings and renewals, and closing business against target quotas. You will ensure proper pipeline coverage and work on maximizing the return from demand generation campaigns. Your key duties will involve:
- Establishing strong customer relationships to position Oracle’s full Services Strategy portfolio around digital transformation.
- Identifying new business opportunities and partnering with existing customers for upselling and renewals.
- Updating sales forecasts, recording activities, and building opportunity close plans.
- Driving account and territory planning while collaborating with Specialist Account Executives and supporting functions.
- Participating in large deals execution and acting as a point of escalation for issues between Oracle and customers.
- Ensuring proper onboarding and implementation for new projects to maximize customer outcomes and lay the groundwork for future expansion.

Requirements
- 6 to 10+ years of experience, with a performance-driven attitude and expertise within the UAE market, specifically in Healthcare, Security, and Defense sectors.
- Proven track record of driving successful sales achievements.
- Ability to analyze potential customer requirements and position Oracle Services Solutions effectively.
- Confident communication skills across multiple organizational levels, including C-Level.
