About the Job
As a CSS Account Executive, you will contribute toward accelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations by executing the company's services strategy throughout the territory, delivering services bookings and renewals. Your role involves closing business, meeting quotas against targets, and ensuring proper pipeline coverage. You will identify, understand, and flex the optimal components of pipeline growth with relentless focus, establishing strong customer relationships to position the company's full Services Strategic portfolio around the customers' digital transformation.

Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, partnering with existing customers for upselling and renewable business, updating sales forecasts, recording activities, and building opportunity close plans. You will prepare for and participate in business review and value assessment meetings with the company's services customers alongside Delivery Services Teams. Acting as a point of escalation for issues between the company and existing customers/partners, you will ensure proper onboarding and implementation for new projects with appropriate follow-up to maximize customer outcomes and enable future expansion. Additionally, you will drive account and territory planning, collaborate with Specialist Account Executives, and align forecast governance and execution with SAEs, while participating in large deal executions that leverage product expertise from SAEs and other key sales support functions.

Requirements

  • Performance-driven with a proven track record of driving successful sales achievements in the assigned market.
  • Ability to analyze customer requirements and position the company's Services Solutions effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other stakeholders and confidently communicate at multiple organizational levels, including C-Level executives.
  • Strong energy, positivity, integrity, and gravitas are essential.
