CSS Account Executive

As a CSS Account Executive, you will contribute towards accelerating growth and exceeding customer expectations. You will be responsible for executing Oracle Services strategy throughout the territory, which includes delivery of services, bookings, and renewals. Your role involves closing business and delivering quota against targets, ensuring proper pipeline coverage and maximizing return from demand generation campaigns. You will establish strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities while collaborating with existing customers for upselling and renewals.

Key responsibilities include:

• Updating sales forecasts, recording activities, and building opportunity close plans
• Preparing and attending business review and value assessment meetings with Oracle Services customers
• Acting as a point of escalation for issues between Oracle and existing customers and partners
• Collaborating with Specialist Account Executives and supporting functions to drive customer success

• Proven track record of driving successful sales achievements, specifically in the UAE market within Healthcare, Security, and Defence sectors
