Key responsibilities include:
- Updating sales forecasts, recording activities, and building opportunity close plans
- Preparing and attending business review and value assessment meetings with Oracle Services customers
- Acting as a point of escalation for issues between Oracle and existing customers and partners
- Collaborating with Specialist Account Executives and supporting functions to drive customer success
