CSS Director - TAM (Saudi)

We are seeking a Director to lead our Saudi Arabia delivery team, consisting of multiple Technical Account Managers (TAM). This key leadership role will encompass alignment with pre-sales, sales, and our engineering Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Candidates will drive performance and collaboration among Individual Contributors (IC), coach and mentor team members, and help achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Act as a leader, supporting individual contributors and driving performance results.
• Take ownership of escalated customer issues, ensuring effective resolution.
• Manage recruitment, retention, team development, coaching, and motivation.
• Build and maintain a professional network to support team and CSS objectives.
• Ensure strong customer relationships at the C-Level and oversee delivery of customer objectives.
• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for process and service improvements.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing teams in IT services and professional service delivery organizations.
• Proven expertise in P&L management, with strong accuracy and accountability.
• Excellent leadership and influencing skills at a senior level.
• Experience in managing significant long-term projects within large, complex organizations.
• Fluent in English and Arabic, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Oracle products and technologies is a plus.
