We are looking for a Lead Cloud Architect (LCA) with experience in Artificial Intelligence, responsible for designing, building, and managing best-in-class solutions for our CSS customers. Responsibilities include:
- Establishing trusted relationships with customers.
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud and AI products and solutions.
- Assessing and analyzing customer needs to capture business and industry requirements, translating them into technical architectures aligned with Oracle’s best practices.
- Leading CSS’s highly experienced delivery teams by providing technical governance and guidance.
- Building relationships with team members, other Oracle teams, and customers at different levels of the reporting line up to CIO or equivalent business owners.
- Serving as the main contact for new business opportunities by supporting our CSS Services Solutioning team.
- Assisting with scope and LoE definition and providing technical guidance.
- Driving innovation by incubating new practices and solutions.
- Applying industry and Oracle best practices, product knowledge, and business acumen.
- Ensuring that customers achieve beneficial solutions regarding cost-effectiveness, quality, and manageability.
- Providing technical guidance on Oracle cloud and AI solutions to customers and Oracle internal teams.
- Ensuring a successful handover from implementation to operations, confirming that the implemented solution meets customer requirements.
- Maintaining the Oracle solution to meet customer demand needs.
- Collaborating closely with different CSS teams to ensure successful implementation and operation of mission-critical environments.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience as a senior architect delivering cloud and AI solutions.
- Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage with both technical and non-technical staff at all levels.
- Customer-centric attitude and a team player.
- Technical leadership experience across sales to delivery for large and complex cloud and AI solutions.
- Positive, creative, agile, and innovative mindset for solution design and delivery.
- Ability to analyze and document complex issues and provide actionable recommendations.
- Effective at motivating and influencing others towards success.
Preferred Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud solutions (OCI, IaaS, PaaS, Networks).
- Proficiency in AI technologies including Application AI features, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and common AI use cases.
- Understanding of AI services & technologies (e.g., Digital Assistant, NLP, Speech, Anomaly Detection).
- Familiarity with Generative AI, Data Science AI infrastructure, and open source cloud technologies.
- Strong understanding of cloud security and cloud-native design solutions.
- Experience with automation processes and technologies (e.g., DevOps, GitOps).
