Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate services for optimum efficiency of day-to-day operations and CTO reporting.
- Represent Parsons as an internationally recognized SME, engaging in major client and industry presentations.
- Support services in planning and development of improvements, collaborating with the CTO.
- Develop and lead a multi-stage integration strategy for all CTO initiatives.
- Manage a regional Change Initiatives program for consistent development and deployment across the EMEA region.
- Serve as the point of contact and Subject Matter Expert for integration programs across all CTO service lines.
- Oversee budget and scheduling for various service lines, ensuring that Services meet or exceed goals.
- Promote service line excellence through application of Parsons processes, driving improvements across the region.
Required Skills:
- A 4-year degree in Engineering or a related technical/business field.
- 25+ years of related work experience, including significant project management experience on large-scope projects.
- Proven international and regional experience in major corporate or change initiatives within EMEA.
- Essential experience in managing complex change projects and demonstrating industry ‘best practices’.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
Desired Skills:
- Professional registrations in technical fields preferred, with recognition at the SME level advantageous.
- Experience in representing at national and/or international platforms through presentations and seminars.
