As an EMEA Custom Consulting Executive, you will lead, orchestrate, and drive customer value by being at the heart of custom deal-making in a sales capacity. Work Conditions

  • Location: Multiple Locations, Saudi Arabia
  • 3 days/week in-office

Responsibilities
Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with local leaders and their sales teams to establish strong partnerships and drive a consistent Cross-CSA approach aligned to company strategy.
  • Bringing impactful technology and industry insights into customer engagements and coaching others internally on how to close deals with customers.
  • Leveraging deep sales and delivery experience to drive a consultative sale and build trust with C-level executives.
  • Leading a virtual cross-organizational team on strategic projects and high-impact solution sales deployments that enable digital transformation.
  • Actively participating in sales planning, orchestration, and deal closure leveraging Microsoft’s sales methodology.
  • Continuously building sales expertise, learning, and evolving transformative solutions knowledge to support customers and the wider Microsoft team.

Requirements

  • Strong experience in solution-based selling across one or more CSAs.
  • Experience selling into commercial or public sector accounts, with an understanding of industry trends and challenges.
  • Experience interacting with senior stakeholders and navigating C-level relationships.
  • Exposure to consulting or solution architecture practices.
  • Experience driving the sales cycle for digital transformation initiatives.
  • Additional qualifications preferred: Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business, Information Technology or related field, with significant industry sales experience.
