Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end process of custom IT and digital project delivery from initiation to closure
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management
- Facilitate collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
- Introduce measures as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints
- Coordinate with clients to ensure project alignment
- Ensure effective communication and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Manage customer expectations and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage project budgets and control costs to ensure financial objectives are met
- Identify and mitigate project risks to avoid delays and disruptions
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement
- Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders to ensure transparency and informed decision-making
- Provide training and support to team members to maintain high standards of service delivery
- Manage client complaints related to maintenance, warranty, and compliance issues with the relevant stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in a related discipline
- Prior experience in custom project delivery in a telecommunications or technology industry
- Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
- Understanding of custom software development and implementation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in project management tools and software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Education
- Bachelor Degree
- Master's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
Additional Education Certifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is recommended
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification is recommended
