Customer Account Manager

The Customer Account Manager will serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters. Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships, negotiating contracts to maximize profits, and developing trusted advisory relationships with key accounts and stakeholders. The role ensures the timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs, communicates progress to stakeholders, and identifies business opportunities with existing clients.

Key responsibilities also include forecasting and tracking key account metrics, preparing reports on account statuses, and collaborating with the sales team to grow opportunities. The Customer Account Manager will assist with challenging client requests and contribute to process improvements while adhering to policies and procedures to ensure work continuity. Customer satisfaction is paramount, and the role involves addressing internal and external customer needs in a courteous and timely manner.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
