Customer Advisory Consultant

Join us to put AI to work for people. In this role, you will engage executives to manage custom industry-aligned digital transformation advisory engagements, applying the company methodologies. You will lead discovery workshops with customer leadership to understand their goals and challenges, documenting and presenting insights along the way.

Responsibilities

• Engage executives to manage custom industry-aligned digital transformation advisory engagements.
• Lead discovery workshops to understand customer goals and challenges.
• Document and present insights and recommended solutions to meet customer needs.
• Create high-quality deliverables, including strategic agreements and business cases.
• Collaborate with sales and customer success to develop account plans and strategies for the region.
• Provide lifecycle business outcomes and value realization advice.
• Identify and create new intellectual property such as best practices and workshops.
• Improve existing methods and frameworks while enabling the company teams on a consulting approach to sales.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience as a Management Consultant with exposure to cloud technologies or as a strategy manager with a technology vendor.
• Executive/leadership experience in digital transformation or enterprise software projects.
• Experience in major industries like FSI, Telco, Manufacturing, or Retail.
• Proven ability to develop C-Level relationships and simplify complex topics for various audiences.
• Proficient in public speaking, meeting facilitation, and whiteboarding.
• Strong analytical and financial background.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
