You will lead discovery workshops with prospective and existing customer leadership to understand their goals and challenges. Additionally, you will document and present insights and recommended solutions to meet customer objectives.

Responsibilities
- Create high-quality deliverables that communicate strategic agreements, present multi-year roadmaps, and document the full business case to justify action.
- Communicate and advise in one-on-one and group environments.
- Work with sales and customer success to help determine account plans and sales strategy for accounts in the region.
- Provide expertise to assess and prioritize accounts and strategies.
- Offer full lifecycle business outcome and value realization advice.
- Identify and lead the creation of new intellectual property, such as best practices and workshops.
- Improve current methods and frameworks and enable the company's teams with a business consulting approach to sales.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience as a management consultant with exposure to cloud technologies or as a customer-facing strategy manager with a technology vendor.
- Experience in leveraging AI for work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
- Executive/leadership experience working on digital transformation projects preferred.
- Experience in major industries such as FSI, Telco, Manufacturing, or Retail is preferred.
- Proven ability to develop C-level relationships and simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.
- Experience in public speaking, meeting facilitation, and whiteboarding.
- High level of executive presence combined with a humble demeanor.
- Ability to travel up to 40% of the time.
