Position

As a Customer Solutions Architect at Nokia, you will serve as a trusted advisor, collaborating closely with customers to understand their unique needs and translating them into tailored end-to-end solutions using our comprehensive portfolio and third-party products. You’ll be part of a dynamic team that includes technical experts and business strategists, ensuring effective communication and alignment with the customer's CTO and Chief Architect. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop tailored architecture and high-level solution designs that address specific customer requirements.
  • Engage with customers' CTO/Chief Architect teams to guide strategic technology decisions and explore new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate on complex customer solution cases, ensuring alignment with market positioning and customer expectations.
  • Translate stakeholder inputs into actionable requirements while adhering to solution architecture standards.
  • Conduct thorough research and evaluation to design effective solutions across various specialized domains.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, client-specific solutions while managing day-to-day resource allocation and project issues.
  • Influence strategic direction within the organization by developing best practices and setting professional standards in architecture.
  • Act as a senior subject matter expert, providing guidance and insight regionally and globally.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • 7-10 years of relevant experience in solution architecture and design.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end solution architecture, including integration methodologies.
  • Proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders, including CTOs and Chief Architects.
  • Expertise in applying architecture standards and maintaining solution integrity.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with third-party product integration into solution frameworks.
  • Advanced degree in a technical discipline or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills to solve complex problems with innovative approaches.
  • Cross-cultural communication experience and a global mindset.
