Customer Contract Management Specialist

This role involves providing necessary support on pre- and post-contractual administration and management, including Terms & Conditions of contracts and claims management. It also entails defining, managing, and executing risk modeling activities to support contracts or projects as well as managing contract estimating processes to support tenders and project reviews. The role impacts approaches, projects, and programs in the functional area, influencing teamwork and operational quality.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for the profitability and customer satisfaction for assigned contracts.
• Provide both service agreement and time and material program management.
• Assist in sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues for assigned contracts.
• Interact with customer service, field service, repair service, and other teams.
• Function as a liaison between internal organizations and customers for assigned contracts.
• Develop specialized knowledge in their discipline and serve as a best practice resource.
• Use judgment to solve complex tasks or problems in operational/product management and other areas.
• Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience and may lead small projects with moderate risks.

Required Qualifications

• For roles outside of the USA: Significant experience in Services & Customer Contract Management, with knowledge comparable to a Master's degree or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
• For roles in the USA: Master’s degree or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in related functions.
