Customer Delivery Architect

Join the company Professional Services Security practice as a Customer Delivery Architect. This team of architects and consultants is dedicated to enhancing enterprise customers' investment in the company's security portfolio, focusing on Splunk SIEM, SOAR, and AI-driven security operations. You will work on projects from discovery and design phases to implementation and ongoing operations, collaborating with product, engineering, and customer success teams.

As a Splunk Security Architect, you will provide technical leadership and innovation in the Splunk security ecosystem, serving as a trusted advisor for complex security initiatives on a regional and global scale. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the planning and delivery of tailored Splunk security solutions, addressing customer security needs.
• Guiding customers through security adoption journeys, optimizing threat detection and response.
• Advocating for product improvements based on customer feedback.
• Mentoring and developing technical skills within the team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• University degree plus equivalent experience (minimum 8+ years).
• Expert-level certification in Splunk (e.g., Splunk Certified Architect, Splunk Certified Consultant) or equivalent relevant security certification.
• Experience in customer-facing advisory roles, including defining project scope and drafting statements of work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience leading complex consulting or engineering projects in security.
• Deep technical expertise in the Splunk platform and security operations.
• Advanced skills in automation and AI-driven security operations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience at industry events.

Language Requirements: English proficiency is required.
