Responsibilities

Lead the comprehensive strategy and execution of the Customer Experience ecosystem, ensuring disciplined project delivery, effective collaboration among specialized teams, and alignment with business objectives.
Oversee both operations and business development, driving pipeline growth and ensuring that each initiative delivers tangible value to clients.
Consolidate capabilities, talent, and processes to scale solutions in experience, data, content, technology, and governance, positioning the team as a key enabler of digital transformation.
Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer experience across all touchpoints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
