Responsibilities
- Lead the comprehensive strategy and execution of the Customer Experience ecosystem, ensuring disciplined project delivery, effective collaboration among specialized teams, and alignment with business objectives.
- Oversee both operations and business development, driving pipeline growth and ensuring that each initiative delivers tangible value to clients.
