Customer Life Cycle Analyst

Data & Analytics Driven Organization: This role contributes to transforming the company into a Data Driven Organization (DDO) through innovative and cutting-edge tools and technologies. The RBG Data team is part of the One Data Organization, dedicated to driving data initiatives for the RBG function. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence solutions, which encompass data analytics platforms and reporting tools.

Key responsibilities involve translating business needs into technical specifications, developing new requirements in both on-premises and cloud data lakes, and creating visualizations and reports. The role requires hands-on experience in BI development, dashboarding, and data modeling, with proficiency in automating reports and cloud platform integration. Knowledge of database design, SQL, and experience with various BI tools are essential. Solid communication skills are required to convey technical insights and interpret data reports to clients. Experience with API integration and Git repository management is also important.

Required Skills

• Core Skills:
  • 5 – 7 Years of Total Experience in Software & BI Development.
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in BI product development, dashboarding, and data modeling.
  • Strong understanding of BI Architecture and integration.
  • Expertise in data integration via ETL processes from various sources (DWH and Data Lake essential).
  • Proficient in performance tuning and managing Microsoft Reporting tools such as Qlik, Power BI, or Tableau.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills, easily explaining processes.
  • Computer Science degree or equivalent preferred.
