The role of the Customer Outcomes Principal Platform Architect is a technical advisory position responsible for establishing a technical foundation in the company platform and designing solutions to enhance customer outcomes. You will ensure that customers follow leading practices regarding instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and the technical health of the platform. This consultative role involves guiding the company, partners, and customer employees to develop a long-term successful technical architecture solution.

  • Collaborate with customers at various levels, including executives, platform owners, enterprise architects, and development teams during solution selling, structuring, and implementation.
  • Act as a technical expert across multiple engagements to support customers, partners, and internal team members.
  • Build relationships with technical and business leaders to align the company with their digital transformation vision.
  • Convert business information and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint to meet complex objectives.
  • Work with customer Enterprise Architects to establish the company as the standard digital transformation platform integrated with core applications.
  • Maintain instance health by partnering with the engagement team to minimize technical debt and adhere to the company best practices.
  • Assist in sales efforts by scoping and estimating engagements and change orders.
  • Mentor others to support their professional development.

Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Experience with AI integration into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in a professional services organization or equivalent education/experience.
  • Background in management consulting.
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%.
  • Creativity and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
  • Proven success in navigating complex issues through analysis and resolution.
  • Capacity to convey intricate information to a diverse audience, including both technical and non-technical individuals.
  • Company certifications relevant to aligned workflows.
  • Expertise in the SaaS industry domain.
  • Experience leading architecture and design for large programs.
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture.
  • Familiarity with cloud application technology.
