The role of the Customer Outcomes Principal Platform Architect is a technical advisory position responsible for aiding customers in establishing a robust technical foundation on the platform and architecting solutions that enhance results. This consultative role focuses on guiding the company's, partner, and customer team members towards developing a technical architecture conducive to long-term success. Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with customers across various roles such as executives, platform owners, enterprise architects, and development teams during solution selling, structuring, and implementation.
  • Serve as a technical authority across multiple engagements to steer customers, partners, and internal teams towards successful solutions.
  • Build relationships with technical and business leaders to comprehend how the platform fits into their digital transformation strategies.
  • Develop customer roadmaps translating goals into tangible outcomes.
  • Convert business information and technological needs into an architectural blueprint to meet complex objectives.
  • Work alongside customers' Enterprise Architects to advocate for the platform as the standard digital transformation platform linked with their core applications.
  • Oversee technical governance and the operational model of delivery.
  • Maintain instance health by collaborating with engagement teams to mitigate technical debt and align with best practices.
  • Assist in sales activities by providing scope and estimates for engagements and changes.
  • Contribute actively to best practices and insights related to the platform.
  • Keep skills and certifications current for relevant key workflows.
  • Mentor others to support their professional development.

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • Experience with integrating AI into work processes and decision-making.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience within a professional services organization or equivalent education/experience.
  • Management consulting background.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80%.
  • Ability to drive complex issues through systematic analysis and resolution.
  • Exceptional communication skills to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
  • Certifications relevant to aligned workflows.
  • Extensive program experience managing architecture and design.
  • Enterprise architecture and cloud application technology proficiency.
