In this role of Customer Outcomes Principal Platform Architect, you will serve as a technical advisor aimed at helping customers lay a solid technical foundation in the company platform while designing solutions to improve their outcomes. You will guide customers in utilizing best practices concerning instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and the platform's technical health. Your consultative expertise will extend to company, partner, and customer teams, ensuring the delivery of an architecture tailored for long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with customers including executives, platform owners, enterprise architects, and development teams throughout sales, structuring, and implementation phases.
  • Serve as a technical authority across multiple engagements to advise customers and partners, enabling successful solutions.
  • Build key relationships with both technical and business leaders at customer sites to align on company's role in their digital transformation journey.
  • Convert customer goals into actionable roadmaps and translate both business and technical requirements into an architectural blueprint that addresses complex objectives.
  • Collaborate with customers' Enterprise Architects to position company as the standard digital transformation platform integrated with their core applications.
  • Supervise technical governance and ensure an effective delivery operating model.
  • Maintain instance health by working with engagement teams to minimize technical debt and align with company best practices.
  • Assist the sales team by scoping and estimating engagements and relevant change orders.
  • Contribute actively to best practices and share expertise surrounding the company platform.
  • Mentor team members to support their professional development.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Background in integrating AI into workflows, decision-making, or problem-solving processes.
  • Over 12 years of progressive experience within a professional services organization or equivalent education and experience.
  • Experience in management consulting.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80%.
  • Innovative mindset with a proven record of successful independent program management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in analyzing and addressing complex problems effectively.
  • Capable of communicating intricate information to diverse technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Possession of company certifications related to aligned workflows.
  • Expertise in relevant industry domains.
  • Experience leading architecture and design for large programs.
  • Background in enterprise architecture and cloud application technology.
