The Customer Outcomes Senior Platform Architect is a technical advisory role, responsible for helping customers establish a robust technical foundation in the company Platform and design solutions that enhance outcomes. The Senior Platform Architect ensures that customers implement leading practices around instance strategy, technical governance, core data, integrations, and the overall technical health of the platform. This consultative role focuses on guiding the company, partner, and customer employees within the engagement team to deliver a technically sound architecture designed for long-term success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with customers, including executives, platform owners, enterprise architects, and development teams during the sales, structuring, and implementation phases of solutions.
  • Serving as a technical expert across multiple engagements, guiding customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure the provision of successful customer solutions.
  • Building relationships with technical and business leaders at customer sites to understand the role of the company in their digital transformation vision.
  • Translating business goals into actionable customer roadmaps.
  • Engaging with customers' Enterprise Architects to position the company as the standard digital transformation platform, integrated with core applications.
  • Managing the technical governance and delivery operating model.
  • Ensuring instance health by collaborating with the engagement team to reduce technical debt and align with the company's leading practices.
  • Supporting sales efforts by scoping and estimating engagements and any change orders.
  • Contributing actively to leading practices and sharing expertise related to the company platform.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Over 8 years of progressive experience in a professional services organization or equivalent educational background.
  • Experience in management consulting.
  • Willingness to travel up to 80% of the time.
  • Company certifications in relevant workflows.
  • Experience leading large program architecture and design initiatives.
  • Background in enterprise architecture.
  • Familiarity with cloud application technology.
