Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage complex projects from kickoff to successful delivery.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including P&L and resource allocation.
- Implement detailed project reporting to reflect progress and risks.
- Understand and assess customer-specific requirements.
- Identify and promote opportunities for Splunk products and services.
- Maintain regular communication with sales teams regarding upcoming projects.
- Conduct the RFP/SOW process effectively.
- Ensure documentation and reporting are accurate and up to date.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in technology, marketing, management, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in service/software sales or program management.
- Strong understanding of lifecycle services and enterprise software agreements.
- Proven leadership skills with experience in project management.
- Familiarity with Professional Services tools (e.g., Salesforce, Jira).
- Technical competence in translating customer requirements into proposals.
Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time (48 hours per week)
