Location: Dhahran, Eastern, Saudi Arabia (On-site)

Work Conditions: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customs Strategy & Compliance: Develop and maintain customs clearance policies and procedures, ensuring adherence to Saudi Customs, GCC, and international trade regulations.
  • Program & Process Management: Implement customs clearance programs and workflows, lead projects for system improvements, and collaborate with IT and Operations teams.
  • Performance & Risk Management: Monitor customs KPIs, conduct compliance audits, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Training & Development: Train operations teams on customs processes, develop training materials, and lead customs program team members.
  • Stakeholder & Team Leadership: Manage relationships with customs authorities, drive a culture of safety and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in the Saudi/GCC customs environment is required.
  • Proven track record in program delivery and system implementation within a multinational setting.
  • Management experience and strong business acumen.
  • Customs broker certification or equivalent is preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Arabic is an added advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
