Position

The Splunk Professional Services (PS) team is essential to the success of our customers and is seeking a Customer Program Manager. In this role, you will guide customers and partners through their Splunk journey from discovery to the implementation of advanced solutions, leveraging your management and technical expertise.

As a Customer Program Manager, you will be responsible for building customer trust through effective leadership, managing complex projects from start to finish. You will create and maintain project plans that cover project P&L, tasks, key dates, and resource allocation, aligning with statements of work (SOWs). You will report on project status, including burn rates and risks, to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

In addition, you will need to understand and assess customer-specific requirements, manage customer relationships, and identify opportunities for additional Splunk services. Regular collaboration with sales teams and engineering will be necessary to ensure timely engagement and influence on technical details.

Location: Riyadh, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time, 48 hours per week

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in technology, marketing, management, or a related field
  • 5-10 years of experience in service/software sales or program management
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle service and enterprise software agreements
  • Ability to adapt communication for different customer personas
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience managing teams
  • Proficient in forecasting, market analysis, and customer satisfaction metrics
  • Experience leading customer projects using agile and waterfall methodologies
  • Familiarity with Professional Services tools such as FinancialForce, Salesforce, and Jira
  • Technical competence to translate customer requirements into proposals independently
