Your Impact
As a Customer Project Manager, you will lead the full lifecycle of customer-facing projects and programs across the company's technologies—from initiation through planning, execution, and closure. You are accountable for delivering on scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction while aligning with customer business goals.
You will partner closely with Service Delivery Managers (SDMs), Customer Experience Managers (CXMs), and Sales teams to maintain operational transparency and accelerate technology adoption. You will lead solution discussions, translate customer priorities into executable plans, and manage cross-functional workstreams, resources, risks, and change management.
Additionally, you will drive operational and financial governance—managing budget execution, revenue forecasting, cost tracking, SOW creation, and vendor compliance. Leveraging PMI and Agile frameworks alongside AI and automation tools, you will optimize reporting, predict delivery risks, and champion continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of related customer project or program management experience (or equivalent relevant practical experience).
- PMP and/or CPMAI certification encouraged (or recognized industry equivalent).
- Track record delivering complex, customer-facing IT, cloud, or enterprise networking projects and programs.
- Demonstrated experience in project financial management, including budget execution, revenue forecasting, SOW creation, and vendor governance.
- Experience applying PMI and Agile methodologies while using AI and automation tools for delivery optimization.
Preferred Qualifications
- Local and regional market delivery experience across MEA (Middle East & Africa), working effectively in both local market and multinational corporate environments.
- Technical certifications (e.g., CCST Networking, CCST Security, CCNA, or cloud equivalent).
- Working understanding across enterprise networking, security, and cloud architectures, with demonstrated experience mentoring peers.
