About the Job
As a Project Manager at Cisco, you will play a crucial role in driving the successful execution of telecommunications programs, ensuring alignment with customer goals and business objectives. You will serve as the primary customer experience point-of-contact, taking end-to-end ownership of projects or programs. Key responsibilities include:

  • Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer executives and technical partners to understand and support their needs and challenges.
  • Customer Advocacy: Ensure that customer needs are met within Cisco, advocating for a superior customer experience.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage financial aspects such as program budgets, services revenue, and margins, making strategic financial decisions to ensure program profitability.
  • Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement comprehensive Telecommunication Program Plans that align with customer goals and enhance technology investments.

Who You'll Work With

  • Customers: Engage with customer implementation, design, and operational teams to ensure the successful delivery of Cisco programs.
  • Internal Teams: Work closely with technical, delivery, sales, and the Solution Development Architect teams to support program objectives.

Who You Are
You are a strategic problem solver with a solid background in program management and telecommunication technology. You have excellent communication skills to build and nurture customer partnerships and experience in managing financial aspects and making strategic investment decisions. Your deep understanding of Cisco’s telecommunication technologies and the industry landscape makes you a strong candidate.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Service Provider (SP) technology.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • At least 7 years of project management experience, with a solid understanding of the telecommunications and SP industry.
  • Proven experience in developing positive relationships with executive-level customers.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a collaborative environment.
  • Experience in handling revenue concepts, margins, and forecasting.
