Position

The Customer Project Manager is responsible for collaborating with project managers to ensure deliverables meet customer expectations and optimizing project plans for better outcomes. This role involves managing specific project tasks from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery under general supervision. The Customer Project Manager will address moderately complex customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction, analyze project data for insights, contribute to continuous improvement, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities include documenting risks and change requests, supporting presales activities, assisting with product integration and installation, and conducting post-implementation reviews to enhance future projects and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Order Acquisition Process (OAP):

    • Work with the sales team/Key Account Manager to support site assessments and understand the local situation.
    • Trigger site planning and create site preparation packages for upfront insights.
    • Serve as a seamless interface between customer and business center to achieve effective room planning.
  • Order Realization Process (ORP):

    • Act as the main interface during the project towards the customer.
    • Create project plans and milestone timelines in the project management tool (Clarity).
    • Organize materials, resources, and activities for installation.
    • Conduct user training and ensure customer acceptance with signed handover documents.
  • Quality & Regulatory (Q&R):

    • Review solutions for compliance and feasibility.
    • Ensure compliance during site preparation and installation.
    • Report customer feedback based on quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • PMP certification preferred
  • At least 5 years of project management experience, particularly in equipment installation (B2B)
  • Ability to work within cross-functional teams
  • Knowledge of site preparation and planning per modality
  • Understanding of Supply Chain Processes
  • Fluent in English (verbal and written) and Arabic preferred

Work Conditions:

  • This is a field role requiring full-time presence at customer or supplier locations.
  • Office-based teams are expected to work in-person at least 3 days per week.
