Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer executives and technical partners to understand and support their needs and challenges.
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as the customer's advocate within Cisco, ensuring their needs are met for a superior customer experience.
- Financial Oversight: Handle financial aspects such as program budgets, services revenue, and margins, making strategic financial decisions to ensure program profitability.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive Telecommunication Program Plans in collaboration with internal teams, aligned with customer goals to increase technology investments.

- Customers: Engage with customer implementation, design, and operational teams to ensure the successful delivery of Cisco programs.
- Internal Teams: Collaborate with various internal teams including technical, delivery, sales, and the Solution Development Architect team to support program objectives.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Service Provider (SP) technology.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- At least 7 years of project management experience with a solid grasp of the telecommunication and service provider industry.
- Experience in developing positive relationships with executive-level customers.
- Demonstrable ability to lead teams in a collaborative environment.
- Experience in handling revenue concepts, margins, and forecasts.
