Responsibilities
- Responsible for Scientific Marketing of products and/or services to meet individual/team targets and the organization's business objectives.
- Creates, monitors and revises lead generation plans to generate a substantive business opportunity pipeline.
- Responsible for customer representative calls directly from/to prospective and/or existing customers.
- Fully understand the organization’s ethics and values and apply that knowledge to interactions.
- Provide necessary clinical and outcomes data regarding products and services.
- Deliver business-to-business partnership solutions that can drive revenue and save costs.
- Tailor messages to the audience with whom they interact.
- Discuss how products or services can help meet the organization’s quality metrics.
- Respond to customer questions effectively.
- Build rapport with customers by probing for needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual goals while ensuring optimum customer experience and satisfaction by following established processes and procedures.
- Execute marketing strategies in full alignment with the Brand Customer Manager.
- Collaborate with commercial & market access teams to achieve goals.
- Ensure 100% execution under compliance / Pharmacovigilance SOPs.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Results-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines and handle challenging assignments.
- Very good command of the English language.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient with required practical applications & software.
- Competent presentation skills.
- Self-motivated and energetic with a drive to excel.
- Transferable Qatari residency.
- 1-3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Based in Qatar.
