Customer Service Specialist

About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our Business Operations team. You’ll work closely with our merchants and customers, helping them with questions, payment-related issues, and day-to-day support. You’ll make sure every case is followed up properly and provide a smooth experience when using our services.

What You’ll Do

• Handle merchant and customer inquiries through phone, email, and ticketing systems.
• Support merchants with questions related to our payment services and processes.
• Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with the right internal teams for resolution.
• Track and follow up on cases until they are resolved.
• Support merchants during onboarding and documentation requirements.
• Escalate complex or technical issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and cases.
• Identify recurring issues and help improve the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Experience in customer service or customer support.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused with good follow-up skills.
• Comfortable handling multiple customer cases.
• Fintech, payments, or financial services experience is a plus.
• Arabic and English communication skills.
