In this highly visible role, you will be a trusted partner to AWS customers. Leveraging your expertise in technical change programs, you will help customers navigate the operational, educational, and governance aspects of a successful AWS cloud journey. Your responsibilities will include interfacing with AWS customers and leadership, enhancing collaboration among core account groups such as Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services, as well as product and engineering teams.

You will translate strategic initiatives into actionable plans that align with customer milestones, managing critical elements like education plans, business outcome alignments, Executive Briefing Sessions, and transitions to go-live. AWS encourages innovative thinking and ownership of customer challenges, allowing you to bring unique solutions and ideas to help customers thrive.

Ideal candidates will have a strong background in delivery and change management, attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving skills. Effective communication at both executive and project team levels is crucial. As a peer leader, you should possess the ability to gain stakeholder buy-in, negotiate, and lead virtual teams. Your operational excellence will contribute significantly to the team's decision-making processes and influence the development of secure and robust solutions.

You will play a key role in advocating for AWS services and guiding customers in their adoption. Basic Qualifications

  • Experience with large-scale IT/digital/business transformation or migration programs in a customer-facing role
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively convey information to C-suite and VP-level executives
  • Strong organizational governance and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience implementing AWS/cloud services
  • Robust understanding of key technology and market trends
  • PMP and/or SCRUM/Agile, SAFe certification
