As a Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM), you will play a pivotal role as a Consumption, Usage, and Delivery business leader. You will partner with our enterprise customers, empowering them to realize maximum value from Microsoft products and services. Your responsibilities will include end-to-end post-sales consumption, usage, and support orchestration across the Microsoft ecosystem to achieve customer business outcomes.

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years in customer success, area sales management, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience
    OR
  • Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business related field
  • 6+ years in customer success, area sales management, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience
    OR
  • Equivalent experience

Additional or Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields
  • 12+ years of experience as mentioned above
    OR
  • Master's Degree in relevant fields
  • 10+ years of experience as mentioned above

Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management

    • Develop strong customer, partner, and internal stakeholder engagements.
    • Create strategic relationships with key stakeholders to lead solution delivery.
    • Guide conversations to facilitate achievement of customer business objectives.
  • Technical Relevance

    • Align Microsoft solutions to accelerate customer needs.
    • Leverage technical expertise to enable customer success.
    • Articulate Microsoft’s technological advantages to stakeholders.
  • Customer Success Leadership

    • Demonstrate alignment between customer objectives and the Microsoft portfolio.
    • Drive long-term customer engagement strategies that maximize investment in Microsoft technologies.
    • Lead program planning and review engagements to meet customer outcomes.
