Position

At Small Medium Enterprises and Channel (SME&C), we are leading a high-growth, AI-powered global sales team that is deeply connected to our partners and driven by customer success. As a Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM), you will be the primary delivery lead and a partner for our more strategic customers, empowering them to achieve more by accelerating their business value across our Digital Cloud platforms. By leveraging your business acumen, industry perspectives, customer knowledge, and technical expertise, you will be responsible for the end-to-end post sales delivery and support orchestration across the Microsoft and Partner ecosystem to align the right resources at the right time to achieve customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Develop relationships and influence with key customer stakeholders, building joint accountability of their defined outcomes and long-term trust.
  • Align planning and execution to priorities agreed upon between the customer and Microsoft, unlocking tangible customer value.
  • Lead the delivery of program planning, execution, customer-facing delivery reviews, and engagement with key customer stakeholders to address agreed-upon customer outcomes.
  • Initiate conversations with customers to connect customer objectives with the current Microsoft portfolio of work and ensure alignment of Microsoft technology and services with customer goals.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economy, Computer Science, or a related field AND 8+ years of experience in customer success, solution delivery, practice management, consulting, or portfolio management
  • OR Master's Degree in Business, Economy, Computer Science, or a related field AND 6+ years of experience in similar roles
  • Mandatory language skills: Arabic, English
  • In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian IT industry
  • Project and/or program management skills
