As a Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM), you will be the primary delivery lead and a partner for our more strategic customers, empowering them to achieve more by accelerating their business value across our Digital Cloud platforms. Responsibilities

Develop relationships and influence with key customer stakeholders, building joint accountability of their defined outcomes and long-term trust.
Align planning and execution to priorities agreed upon between the customer and Microsoft, unlocking tangible customer value.
Lead the delivery of program planning, execution, customer-facing delivery reviews, and engagement with key customer stakeholders to address agreed-upon customer outcomes.
Initiate conversations with customers to connect customer objectives with the current Microsoft portfolio of work and ensure alignment of Microsoft technology and services with customer goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economy, Computer Science, or a related field AND 8+ years of experience in customer success, solution delivery, practice management, consulting, or portfolio management
OR Master's Degree in Business, Economy, Computer Science, or a related field AND 6+ years of experience in similar roles
Mandatory language skills: Arabic, English
In-depth knowledge of the Saudi Arabian IT industry
Project and/or program management skills
