Work Conditions

Responsibilities

  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Nurture and expand relationships with key C-level customer stakeholders to align solution planning and delivery execution with their goals.
  • Customer Success Leadership - Consumption Leadership
    • Lead the delivery of Microsoft solutions, ensuring alignment to customer priorities and promoting customer adoption across platforms (Azure, M365, Business Applications).
  • Customer Health, Security & Resiliency Orchestration
    • Prioritize and optimize customer portfolio resiliency and security, managing support escalations and proactive measures.
  • Technical Relevance
    • Develop technical competency, especially in Azure, to advise customers effectively on Microsoft solutions.
  • Customer Strategy and Growth
    • Identify opportunities to drive value-driven deliveries and strengthen relationships between customer goals and Microsoft’s objectives.
  • Delivery and Program Management
    • Lead program planning, customer program reviews, and stakeholder management to ensure continued customer success and alignment with strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in tech fields or equivalent experience
  • Initial experience in project management or consulting
  • Fluent English (German is a plus)
  • Relevant technology certifications (e.g., Azure, 365)
  • Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent certification preferred
  • Change Management certifications (e.g., Prosci) preferred
  • Experience in the Manufacturing Industry is advantageous
