As a Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM), you will work closely with strategic customers to support their cloud journey, drive adoption of the company's solutions, and help ensure successful outcomes. You will build trusted relationships with customer stakeholders, coordinate resources across the company and partner teams, and provide guidance to help customers maximize their investments. Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders and executive leaders.
- Drive adoption and value realization of the company's cloud solutions.
- Develop and execute customer success plans aligned to business objectives.
- Lead delivery programs and coordinate the company's and partner teams to achieve customer outcomes.
- Monitor customer health, identify risks, and provide strategic and technical guidance.

- Travel: 25-50%
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solution Delivery, Consulting, Program Management, or a similar customer-facing role.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and cloud technologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer engagement skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Customer Success, Solution Delivery, Consulting, or Program Management.
- 5+ years of experience within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Cloud certifications.
- ITIL, PMP, Prosci, or similar professional certifications.
This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.
