Position

As a Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM), you will be the primary delivery lead and partner for our strategic customers, empowering them to achieve more by accelerating their value realization across our Digital Cloud platforms. By leveraging your technical expertise, business acumen, and industry perspectives, you will be responsible for the end-to-end post-sales delivery and support orchestration across the Microsoft and Partner ecosystem to align the right resources at the right time to achieve customer business outcomes.

Location: Jeddah, Mecca, Saudi Arabia
Work Conditions: 2 days / week in-office; Travel: 0-25%

Responsibilities:

  • Nurture, establish, and expand relationships with key C-level customer stakeholders to ensure alignment with customer priorities and goals.
  • De-risk and accelerate the delivery of Microsoft solutions, taking ownership of team orchestration and coordination to improve consumption and customer adoption across cloud.
  • Engage with customers to align their objectives with Microsoft portfolio work, linking Customer Success Plans (CSPs) with account plan priorities to develop actionable programs.
  • Lead the strategic execution of program planning, including customer-facing program reviews and prioritization of engagements to meet customer outcomes.
  • Identify and assess customers’ critical services across our cloud platforms, ensuring they are healthy and resilient.
  • Develop technical competency across a breadth of solution areas that support customer advice, connecting their business goals to Microsoft solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Several years of experience in customer success, solution delivery, practice management, or customer-facing consulting.
  • Strong experience with relevant Microsoft solutions.
  • Additional preferred qualifications include experience in the FSI, Aviation, or Retail industry, and certifications in relevant Microsoft solutions (e.g., Azure, M365) or similar solutions.
