Customer Success Account Manager - Ru'aa Internship

As a Customer Success Account Manager Intern (CSAM), you will understand customers’ industry and business processes, potentially focusing on sectors like Banking, Healthcare, or Manufacturing. Your role will promote the adoption of technology by helping customers optimize the use of the company products, showcasing functionalities beyond the basics, and ensuring Best Practices are adopted. You will be the primary contact for customers in a post-sales environment, proactively coordinating with cross-functional teams within the company.

Responsibilities

• Research customer information to understand their business, needs, and strategies.
• Communicate customer insights and the value of solutions to internal teams through demonstrations and storytelling.
• Engage with relevant partners and services to support business outcomes.
• Develop relationships with customer team members and act as their advocate.
• Provide feedback within the company regarding technical capabilities and customer insights to facilitate positive change.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be a Saudi national and legally authorized to work in Saudi Arabia.
• Fluency in English is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• A passion for technology and a customer-centric mindset.
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills.
• Technical certification, such as in cloud technology (e.g., Azure), is preferred but not required.

Work Conditions

• Work Site: 3 days/week in-office
