Responsibilities
- Engage in conversations with customers and demonstrate alignment between customer objectives and Microsoft’s portfolio.
- Lead the execution of program planning and customer-facing program reviews.
- Proactively identify and mitigate customer blockers by leveraging Microsoft solutions.
- Partner with customers to understand their business objectives and drive adoption of Microsoft products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders to enable quality solution delivery.
Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field AND 4+ years of relevant experience
OR
- Master's Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field AND 3+ years of relevant experience
OR
- Equivalent experience.
Additional or Preferred Qualifications
- 8+ years of relevant experience (Bachelor’s) or 6+ years (Master’s) in a similar role.
- Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Azure, 365) or ITIL Foundation certification.
- Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent Project Management certification.
- Prosci or equivalent certification.
