Responsibilities

  • Seek information about customers through research to understand their business needs and strategy, keeping up to date with customer outcomes.
  • Communicate customer insights to internal teams and articulate the business value of solutions through demonstrations and storytelling.
  • Observe and learn from senior colleagues to build knowledge of customer stories, industry practices, and competitive insights that support business outcomes.
  • Engage with relevant internal and external partners to support customer success and enable execution through coordinated efforts across functions.
  • Identify and develop relationships with customer team members and act as their voice in sharing feedback and insights with internal teams.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or completed a Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Omani nationality and legally authorized to work in Oman.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Preferred qualifications include a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and stakeholder management abilities. Technical certifications (e.g., Azure) are a plus but not required.

Program Overview
This internship is a 9-month paid program that includes training, mentoring, and certifications in essential technical and professional skills. The program comprises two key phases:

  1. Onboarding & Skilling Bootcamp, focusing on Microsoft’s mission, technical certifications, and soft skills development.
  2. On-the-job training, providing experience as a CSAM and supporting Microsoft teams on digital transformation projects.
