About the Role
The role of a Fraud Prevention Consultant is to ensure that customers derive maximum value from our location identity solutions. This involves ensuring clients achieve or exceed their expected results through proactive monitoring and maintenance of usage metrics, resolving technical issues, and supporting the commercial team in upsell and cross-sell opportunities. As part of the Customer Success team, this role sits at the intersection of fraud prevention technology and business relationships, requiring strong maturity and negotiation skills to effectively lead internal coordination.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Engage customers in strategy meetings to maximize their partnership value with our solutions.
- Build and foster relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across multiple customers.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to combat various types of fraud:
- Monitor usage and performance metrics.
- Propose improvements in customer processes based on provided solutions.
- Oversee the resolution of internal improvements that impact the customer.
- Track customer roadmap activities related to our solutions.
- Conduct periodic meetings with client stakeholders for accountability and follow-up.
- Contribute to the maturation of team and company processes, optimizing operations for scalability.
- Participate in industry events (SaaS, authentication, anti-fraud, and digital identity) to expand networking and enhance industry knowledge.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technology.
- 3+ years of experience in authentication, biometrics, anti-fraud, or digital/mobile identity solutions.
- SaaS B2B experience.
- Experience in managing medium to large accounts.
- Skilled in data analysis and SQL, with the ability to navigate data across different tables and databases.
- Experience in defining and analyzing KPIs.
Salary and Benefits
- Monthly Salary: 35,000 to 50,000 AED + bonus (80/20 split).
