Responsibilities
- Adoption Leadership: Lead initiatives to enhance end-user collaboration tool adoption, ensuring impactful usage across client environments to achieve measurable business value.
- Cross-Department Engagement: Collaborate with diverse client departments, including HR and finance, to understand their unique needs and demonstrate the value of tools relevant to their goals.
- Workshop Facilitation & Design Thinking: Organize and conduct user-centric workshops utilizing design thinking techniques to identify end-user needs and refine tool adoption strategies.
- Program & Project Management: Create and implement detailed adoption plans, including training initiatives and end-user communication strategies supporting ongoing digital transformation.
- Tool Familiarity & Best Practices: Utilize a strong working knowledge of collaboration tools like Microsoft’s suite and ServiceNow to drive meaningful client outcomes.
- Training & Enablement: Design training programs and enablement resources to facilitate smooth onboarding and sustained engagement with collaboration technologies.
- Use Case Development: Develop a library of use cases that illustrate specific value points, showcasing the practical benefits of tools to various client functions.
Requirements
- Significant experience in customer success or project management, focusing on tool adoption within large organizations.
- Expertise in facilitating workshops and applying design thinking methodologies to enhance user-centric solutions and adoption strategies.
- Proven ability to engage cross-functionally with client departments to define and drive tailored value propositions.
- Strong understanding of collaboration tools, particularly Microsoft technologies and ServiceNow, with a track record of applying best practices for client success.
- Excellent organizational skills with experience in developing detailed plans and coordinating communications across functions.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, Communication, or related fields.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cutting-edge technology organizations, particularly in the UAE or GCC region.
- Collaborative, low-ego approach to teamwork, adaptable to Core42’s innovative and client-centric culture.
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field.
- Prosci Change Management Certification is preferred for any change management role.
- Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) for high-level professional credibility in change management.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies or Six Sigma for process optimization is beneficial.
