Position

As part of the Customer Success organization, the Customer Success Manager is responsible for managing existing accounts, ensuring the customer’s success and their perceived value of the company software set.

The Customer Success Manager will focus on these key areas for a defined customer portfolio as the CSM strives to become a trusted partner and consultant for those customers:

  • Onboarding – establishing relationships, educating the customer on company resources and services, setting expectations, identifying business goals and objectives, and accelerating deployment readiness.
  • Deployment – working with the Delivery Services Team or company partners to define architecture, identify and prioritize the PI rollout, recommend company Services or Support, define the Enterprise Roadmap, manage the ‘Services’ budget, and coordinate company Services and Resources as needed.
  • Adoption – understanding customer’s business and operations, defining a Success Plan, educating and consulting on company use cases of value to customers, leveraging workshop services, and driving adoption for strategic company software (Cloud, synergy Sales plays, etc.).
  • Expansion – identifying new business opportunities and teaming up with Sales to generate business revenue by leveraging deep expertise of the customer’s business and maintaining frequent contacts.

Essential Requirements

  • 7+ years’ experience in similar roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills on company core technologies, business initiatives, and services OR similar products (PI System, PIMS, Industrial Applications, Industrial IT)
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
  • Strong multi-tasking ability with a keen sense of prioritization
  • Strong relationship management and organizational skills
  • Experience with project and program management methodology and techniques
  • ‘Out-of-the-box’ thinking that enables delivery of solutions and services tailored for individual customer profiles and situations
  • Ability to think strategically as well as tactically
  • Effective use and understanding of CRM systems, Office 365, SharePoint, PowerBI, Salesforce, and Workday
  • Language Requirement(s): Arabic, English

Desired Skills

  • 2+ years of experience with company software products or similar products (PI System, PIMS, Industrial Applications, Industrial IT)
  • 7+ years of qualifying experience within the process manufacturing and/or services industry
