Position

As a Customer Support Engineer at Unifonic, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients have the best experience possible. This full-time position is based in Eastern, Saudi Arabia, and is ideal for a fresh graduate or someone with 0-1 years of experience in customer service or technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and collaborate with vendors to resolve problems as 1st and 2nd line support via email, phone, and remote connection.
  • Execute day-to-day operations related to the company’s products and services, including reports, performance monitoring, and issue tracking.
  • Provide in-depth training on products and integration, ensuring technical infrastructure and services are available.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build a consistent client experience and identify new product/feature opportunities.
  • Document and communicate best practice processes for ongoing management and operational problem-solving.
  • Support other agents by progressing customer tickets and following up on escalations in a timely manner.

Job Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate or 0-1 years of experience in customer service, technical support, or related fields (internships or project experience in tech environments preferred).
  • Foundational understanding or strong interest in learning about technical infrastructures, networks, software systems, and database concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, demonstrated through academic projects or internships.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced customer-facing environments with varying priorities and time-sensitive requests.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related fields.
