Responsibilities

Maintain a high level of service attitude towards customers.
Execute, distribute, and record customer instructions from various channels such as incoming mail and fax.
Handle general walk-in inquiries related to the company's products and services, directing customers to the appropriate service areas.
Perform general administrative tasks including the preparation of memos, customer letters, and filing.
Deliver cheque books and ATM cards to customers.
Address captured card issues for customers and deliver covered cards.
Return cheques to customers.
Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by Branch management as needed.

Requirements

Knowledge of the company's Retail & Institutional Banking products and services.
Familiarity with the company's Operational Policies and Procedures.
Understanding of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks.
Comprehensive knowledge of regulations issued by the Central Bank of UAE.
General knowledge of service standards and cross-selling techniques.
Proficiency in computer skills.
