Customer Support Specialist

This role as a Customer Support Specialist is situated at the BR-Al Barsha Branch in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The purpose of the role is to assist customers in their banking needs by providing high-quality service while embodying the company's professional image in all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of service attitude towards customers.
• Execute, distribute, and record customer instructions from various channels such as incoming mail and fax.
• Handle general walk-in inquiries related to the company's products and services, directing customers to the appropriate service areas.
• Perform general administrative tasks including the preparation of memos, customer letters, and filing.
• Deliver cheque books and ATM cards to customers.
• Address captured card issues for customers and deliver covered cards.
• Return cheques to customers.
• Undertake additional responsibilities assigned by Branch management as needed.

Requirements

• Knowledge of the company's Retail & Institutional Banking products and services.
• Familiarity with the company's Operational Policies and Procedures.
• Understanding of UAE banking practices, regulations, and risks.
• Comprehensive knowledge of regulations issued by the Central Bank of UAE.
• General knowledge of service standards and cross-selling techniques.
• Proficiency in computer skills.
