To maintain our competitive advantage, we are seeking a Cyber Counter Fraud Senior Manager. In this role, you will lead and manage the company's Cyber Counter Fraud function, overseeing end-to-end monitoring, investigation, and control design for cyber and digital fraud across payment channels. Your responsibilities will include enhancing fraud detection capabilities, ensuring compliance with the SAMA Counter-Fraud Framework, and building a high-performing team to protect the company, its merchants, and customers from evolving cyber-fraud threats.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage cyber-fraud monitoring, detection, and investigation across the company's digital and payment channels with 24/7 coverage.
  • Design and optimize fraud-detection rules and risk-scoring logic to reduce fraud losses.
  • Conduct cyber-fraud risk assessments and contribute to the SAMA Counter-Fraud Framework compliance.
  • Develop the Cyber Counter Fraud team, ensuring adherence to case-handling procedures and driving training/certification plans.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams on control design and incident response.
  • Lead Cyber Fraud system integrations for effective monitoring.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in fraud, cyber fraud, or cybersecurity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Certification in one or more of the following: CFE, CFI, CISSP, CISM, GCFA, GCFE, or GCIH.
  • Knowledge in cyber-fraud detection and investigation, fraud monitoring systems, and SAMA Counter-Fraud requirements.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English (additional languages may be an asset).
