Job Description:
Following significant growth in our customer base, Darktrace is expanding its post-sales team of Cyber Infrastructure Engineers. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying, integrating, and optimizing Darktrace systems to provide clients with industry-leading cybersecurity protection. This fast-paced position requires assisting customers with the deployment of Darktrace technology across network, cloud, operational technology (OT), and email environments. Additionally, you will serve as a trusted advisor to key customers in planning and designing their security infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
- Complete deployment projects on or before expected Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
- Integrate new systems into existing network architecture.
- Manage customer support tickets to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Engage proactively with customers to maintain healthy deployments.
- Maintain and enhance communication between sales, customer success, and operations teams.
Experience Requirements:
- A technical educational background or experience as a Network, Cloud, OT, or SOC Engineer (or similar role).
- Basic knowledge of computer networking protocols, LAN and WAN, cybersecurity principles, and the OSI reference model.
- Entry-level understanding of network and cloud architecture design, configurations, principles, and best practices.
- Familiarity with OT network principles based on the Purdue model is advantageous.
- Foundational knowledge and/or certifications from industry-standard vendors such as AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, or Palo Alto Networks.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English and Arabic is essential for this role.
