Cyber Infrastructure Engineer

As a Cyber Infrastructure Engineer in our Professional Services organization, you will play a critical role in deploying, integrating, and optimizing Darktrace technology for clients, ensuring they receive industry-leading, AI-powered cybersecurity protection. This fast-paced position involves assisting customers with deployments across network, cloud, operational technology (OT), and email environments, while also serving as a trusted advisor in security infrastructure design and planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete deployment projects on or before the expected Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
• Integrate new systems into existing network architecture.
• Efficiently manage customer support tickets and engage proactively to maintain healthy deployments.
• Maintain and enhance communication between sales, customer success, and operations teams.

Qualifications:

• Technical educational background or experience as a Network, Cloud, OT, or SOC Engineer (or similar role).
• Basic knowledge of computer networking protocols, LAN/WAN, and cybersecurity principles.
• Entry-level understanding of network and cloud architecture design and best practices.
• Familiarity with OT network principles based on the Purdue model.
• Foundational knowledge and/or certifications from industry-standard vendors (e.g., AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, Palo Alto Networks).
• Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in implementing Darktrace sensors and software modules in various environments (cloud, email, OT).
• Familiarity with Darktrace deployment options, integrations, and response enablement.
