Due to the rapid growth of our customer base, the company is seeking to expand its post-sales team of Cyber Infrastructure Engineers. As a Cyber Infrastructure Engineer within the Professional Services organization, you will ensure that the company is deployed, integrated, and optimized to the highest standards, providing our clients with industry-leading, AI-powered cybersecurity protection.
In this vital and fast-paced role, you will assist customers in deploying the company technology within network, cloud, operational technology (OT), and email environments, while also becoming a trusted advisor to key customers in their security infrastructure design and planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete deployment projects on or before expected Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and integrate new systems into existing network architecture.
- Efficiently manage customer support tickets and proactively engage with customers to maintain a healthy deployment.
- Enhance communication between go-to-market teams including sales, customer success, and operations.
Required Experience:
Candidates should have:
- A technical educational background or experience as a Network, Cloud, OT, or SOC Engineer (or similar).
- Basic knowledge of computer networking protocols (LAN and WAN), cybersecurity principles, and the OSI reference model.
- Entry-level understanding of network and cloud architecture design and configurations.
- Basic familiarity with OT network principles and practices based on the Purdue model.
- Foundational knowledge and/or certifications with industry-standard vendors such as AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, or Palo Alto Networks.
Language Requirements:
Fluency in English and Arabic is essential for this position.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in implementing the company sensors and software modules into various environments (including cloud, email, and OT).
- Familiarity with the company deployment options, integrations, and response enablement and tuning (custom routes, firewall integrations, email).
