Job Description:
As a Cyber Infrastructure Engineer within the Professional Services organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that the company is deployed, integrated, and optimized to the highest standards, providing clients with industry-leading, AI-powered cybersecurity protection. This fast-paced role involves assisting customers in deploying the company’s technology in network, cloud, OT, and email environments, while also serving as a trusted advisor for security infrastructure design and planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Complete deployment projects on or before expected Service Level Objectives (SLOs).
- Integrate new systems into existing network architectures.
- Manage customer support tickets to resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Engage proactively with customers to maintain healthy deployments.
- Enhance communication with all go-to-market teams, including sales, customer success, and operations.
Qualifications:
- A technical educational background or experience as a Network, Cloud, OT, or SOC Engineer (or similar role).
- Basic knowledge of computer networking protocols (LAN and WAN), cybersecurity principles, and the OSI reference model.
- Entry-level understanding of network and cloud architecture design, configurations, principles, and best practices.
- Familiarity with OT network principles and practices based on the Purdue model.
- Foundational knowledge and/or certifications with industry-standard vendors such as AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, or Palo Alto Networks.
- Language Requirements: Fluency in English and Arabic is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience implementing the company’s sensors and software modules in various environments (cloud, email, and OT).
- Familiarity with the company’s deployment options, integrations, and response enablement and tuning (e.g., custom routes, firewall integrations, email).
